Job Description

About the Role:

Identify, evaluate, and execute investment sales transactions in the retail real estate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, developers, landlords, and high-net-worth clients.
Source and close transactions for leased high street retail properties and standalone assets.
Independently manage the full transaction cycle, including site inspections, due diligence coordination, negotiations, and closure.
Analyse and present investment opportunities using detailed financial models, market assessments, and asset valuations.
Demonstrate strong expertise in Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) structures, financial workings, and assets under management or in the lender's book.
Collaborate with internal teams for market intelligence and strategic advisory to clients.
Drive revenue targets through proactive business development and strategic client management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

About You:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment sales, specifically in retail real estate transactions.
Proven track record of successful closures in retail asset sales, demonstrating effective negotiation and deal execution.
