Investment Sales Retail Assets (Manager/Sr. Manager/AVP/Associate Director or Sr. Associate Director

About The Role:

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute investment sales transactions in the retail real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, developers, landlords, and high net worth clients.
  • Source and close transactions for leased high street retail, and standalone assets.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end transaction cycle including site inspections, due diligence coordination, negotiations, and closure.
  • Analyse and present investment opportunities with detailed financial models, market assessments, and asset valuations.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and experience in Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) structures, financial workings, and assets under management or in the lenders book.
  • Work closely with internal teams for market intelligence and strategic advisory to clients.
  • Drive revenue targets through proactive business development and strategic client management.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment sales, specifically in retail real estate transactions.
  • Proven track record of successful closures of retail asset sales.
  • Strong knowledge of LRD loans, term sheets, and related financial structuring.
  • Excellent understanding of retail leasing, rent structures, yields, and asset monetisation strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to build, analyse, and present complex investment models.
  • MBA in Finance / Real Estate / related field preferred but not mandatory.
