As an HR - Associate Director at our company, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch Human Resources expertise in various areas such as employee relations, legal compliance, training, employee engagement, talent planning, and recruitment. With a team of over 400 employees globally, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents and lead in HR Transformation, Strategy, Performance, Retention & Leadership Development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Formulate and author HR Policies, ensuring legal compliance - Majority experience in a Technology-based Startup/Enterprise - Develop talent management plans for strategic business goals - Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs - Resolve employee relations issues effectively - Manage end-to-end recruitment process (Good to have) - Ensure HR compliance and audits for legal risk reduction - Advise leadership team on human resource matters and strategy **Qualifications Required:** - 14-20 years of HR experience, with 5 years at Sr/ Manager level - Bachelor's or Post-graduate degree in business/HR or related field - XLRI Certification is mandatory - Experience in coaching and advising employees at multiple levels - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Deep knowledge of best HR practices - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Exposure to managing employees internationally is a plus In this role, you will be expected to research and recommend progressive HR programs, develop talent management plans, administer compensation and benefits programs, resolve employee relations issues, and ensure HR compliance.
