Role Overview: You will lead the People & Culture agenda for ADA India, specifically focusing on the Bangalore site with approximately 270 employees. Your role involves translating the global HR strategy into impactful local execution, partnering closely with India business leaders to build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and aligning with ADAs culture and values. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a trusted advisor to the India leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. - Localize and implement global people strategies related to talent, performance, rewards, DEI, and digital HR. - Provide HR insights and data to support business decisions and growth plans. - Lead the local Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire top Data & AI/tech talent. - Shape ADAs employer brand in India, collaborating with global marketing and talent teams. - Drive engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and local cultural campaigns. - Execute the performance management cycle including goal setting, calibration, and feedback. - Monitor HR metrics and report to HQ, focusing on attrition, headcount, diversity, and cost. - Drive future-fit workforce development through skills mapping, career frameworks, and succession planning. Qualification Required: - 8-12 years of HR experience, with at least 4-5 years in HR Business Partner or HR Site Lead roles, preferably for multinational or high-growth tech/analytics companies. - Deep expertise in India labor laws and statutory compliance. - Proven ability to translate global HR frameworks into local execution. - Experience in leading small HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders. - Strong data orientation, HR analytics skills, and digital HR mindset. - Excellent stakeholder management, resilience, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
