Job Description

As an Associate Director, Corporate Sales at MNS Credit Management Group, you will be responsible for leading and building the corporate sales team in the West Region. Your role will involve owning the enterprise revenue for MNS across Business Information Reports (BIR), soft B2B Collections, and adjacent risk/KYB services. You will lead a high-performing field team, acquire new clients, expand multi-line of business adoption, and ensure disciplined deal governance and forecasting. Your target segments will include large corporates, conglomerates, procurement-heavy enterprises, and fast-growing mid-market companies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the Plan: Deliver quarterly/annual bookings, revenue, and gross margin; maintain 3:4 pipeline coverage with accurate stage hygiene and forecasts. - Enterprise Acquisition: Drive new-logo wins in priority verticals such as FMCG, Pharma, Auto, Infra/EPC, Metals, IT/ITeS, and Logistics; map buying centers within client organizations. - Strategic Account Management: Build executive relationships with CFOs, CPOs, and Head of Risk; conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, develop success plans, and focus on retention and expansion. - Vertical GTM: Define Ideal Customer Profiles, value propositions, and industry-specific case studies; collaborate with Marketing on Account-Based Marketing campaigns and industry event participation. - Customer Onboarding: Ensure smooth handoffs to the Delivery team; establish clear TAT/quality metrics, escalation paths, and adoption milestones. - Partnerships/Alliances: Establish referral/channel partnerships with insurers/ECAs, procurement/ERP platforms, and international associates for cross-border opportunities. **Qualifications:** - 10-15+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B information services, risk/credit analytics, collections, fintech/SaaS, or related fields with a track record of exceeding quotas. - Experience in team leadership, preferably managing managers, and a proven ability to build and scale sales teams. - Proficiency in CXO-level selling and navigating multi-stakeholder deals involving Finance, Procurement, Risk, Legal, and IT/InfoSec departments. - Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, executive presence, commercial acumen, and margin discipline. - Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.,
