Lead and deliver assigned workplace change management programs, in accordance with JLL Change Management Framework.Develop comprehensive Change Manager strategies that include change impact assessments, change roadmaps, barriers and risk assessments, change branding and inititatives.Provide leadership to assigned team members (Change Managers) on a project.Program and Project Management
Support the delivery of change management projects, including coordination, planning, & delivery.Coordination with other work streams (internal/external) in delivering all projects/activities, including construction, facilities management, communications, people & culture and technology work streams.Manage the schedule of change activities as per project requirements.Complete regular service performance reporting, and project reporting as required.Change Engagement, Facilitation and Communication
Prepare and facilitate user experience workshops to excite, engage, enable and evaluate throughout the stages of the change.Develop quality engagement and communication tools, such as presentation packs, information booklets, handbooks and digital materials.Write change narrative communications for clients.Leadership
As a senior team member, demonstrate leadership and actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success.Ensure regional consistency in delivery of service.Maintain oversight of all project activities, acting as an escalation point for any risks and issues on assigned projects.Location
