What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end sales for technical solutions from identifying high-potential leads to closing large, complex deals.
• Engage with CXOs, product teams, and procurement heads to understand pain points and craft tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with teams to scope projects and align delivery with

  client

  expectations.
• Build and grow relationships in strategic industries, unlocking new revenue opportunities.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, create compelling proposals, and negotiate deals that drive mutual value.

What You Bring

• B.Tech or equivalent technical degree,

  strong grasp of technology fundamentals.

• 6–10 years of experience

  in techno-commercial roles, especially in

  technical project sales

  or

  solution consulting

  .
• Prior experience in

  early-stage startups

  , or as an

  ex-founder / founding team member

  someone who’s built and sold from the ground up.
• Proven ability to lead conversations with both tech and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and

  client

  -centric thinking.
• Background in selling

  AI/ML, SaaS, or Custom Tech Solutions

• Experience working with or selling to enterprise and mid-market

  clients

• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguity rich environments.
