Job Description

Position:
Associate Data Engineer
Role:
Product Support Analyst
Headline:
Were hiring a
Product Support Analyst
to join our global support team for a Data Warehouse Automation platform. Youll work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ELT automation tools like
Coalesce
, integrated with cloud platforms such as
Snowflake
and
Databricks
. The role involves technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and continuous learning in data modeling techniques including
Dimensional
and
Data Vault
.
Key Responsibilities:
Work in
night shifts (4 hours/day for 510 days/month)
with the rest of the day off.
Understand, reproduce, and debug product-related issues.
Provide workaround solutions when necessary.
Develop deep product knowledge to become a
subject matter expert
.
Engage in one-on-one interactions with global customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum
1 year
of experience in
customer support, BPO, database development, or ETL
.
Willingness to work in a
247 technical support environment
.
A bachelor's degree with a computer background is mandatory
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and self-driven approach.
Experience working in varied shifts (midnight, early morning).
Prior on-call support experience.
Good to Have: (If not will be trained)
Knowledge of
ETL
and
Data Warehousing
concepts.
Familiarity with
Python
or any scripting language.
Exposure to
Snowflake
or other cloud data platforms.
