We have an urgent hiring for the below role:

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager with experience in IT project management, preferably in a services-based environment. The ideal candidate should have strong project coordination skills, experience in resource and time management, and a solid understanding of technology stacks. This role requires excellent documentation skills, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.


The Assistant project manager will be working under the delivery head and management team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in Management Studies, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
  • Alternatively, mandatory certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
  • 2+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a services-based organization.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and technology stacks.
  • Strong knowledge of

    project management methodologies

    (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication

    skills.
  • Proficiency in

    project management tools

    (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.)

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and technology stacks.
  • Knowledge of ETL, Data Warehousing, and related tools (preferred).
  • Experience in handling multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and documenting project planning, defining scope of work, and understanding requirements.
  • Monitor resource allocation, time tracking, and leave management to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Arrange Project Estimates with the help of Technical Leads and the Delivery Head
  • Create project plan & schedule on time management tool at task level
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings and weekly progress reporting to management.
  • Document and circulate Meeting Minutes (MoM).
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Maintain and oversee project documentation, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Work closely with the delivery head and management team to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Understand and align with the technology stack used in company projects.
  • Track & Plan employee learning
  • Knowledge base management
