Associate - Customer Service

The role involves engaging with customers across the UK, Australia, and US regions to promote insurance products, provide seamless service support, and manage the claims process.

This position requires a blend of sales orientation, service excellence, and strong relationship management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about available products and suggest suitable options based on their requirements.
• Handle inbound and outbound interactions with international customers (UK, Australia, US).
• Provide timely and accurate information on insurance products, policies, and claims.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support international regions.
