Key Responsibilities

• Creative Campaign Planning

  :
• Develop, plan, and optimize creative strategies for

  Meta campaigns

  (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp).

• Ad Copy & Messaging

  :
• Write engaging, on-brand copy for ad assets, headlines, and call-to-actions tailored to audience segments and funnel stages.

• Concept Development

  :
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to generate fresh creative concepts that resonate with target audiences.

• Performance Insights

  :
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide recommendations on creative optimization, testing, and iteration.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  :
• Work closely with media strategists, account managers, and designers to ensure campaigns align with client goals.

• Trendspotting

  :
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to bring innovative ideas to campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in advertising, social media strategy, or creative campaign planning (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of

  Meta platforms

  and their creative best practices.
• Proven ability to write sharp, effective ad copy.
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to balance creative vision with performance-driven results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with creative testing frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing).
• Familiarity with other paid media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Background in market research, consumer psychology, or content strategy.
