About the Role

Associate Creative Producer

This is not just about creating content—it’s about shaping narratives that resonate with audience, drive brand presence, and align with premium institutional positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualisation & Storytelling

• Develop original concepts for films, ads, reels, and campaigns.
• Write scripts, screenplays, and storyboards aligned with creative strategy.
• Pitch fresh, disruptive ideas for social media, digital campaigns, and institutional films.

Video Production & Execution

• Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
• Collaborate with videographers, editors, designers, and motion artists to bring ideas to life.
• Step in to shoot, edit, or design when needed—hands-on ability is a plus.

Editing & Visualisation

• Provide clear visual direction to editors and designers.
• Ensure brand consistency, cinematic appeal, and premium output.
• Review and refine deliverables to maintain a high-quality creative standard.

Social Media & Trends

• Ideate reels, shorts, and digital-first content formats.
• Keep track of global + Indian content trends, adapting them for brand relevance.
• Work with the social media strategy team to craft content that performs.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Act as the Creative Director’s shadow—translating vision into executable ideas.
• Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, events, design) to align creative execution.
• Be proactive in problem-solving and pushing creative boundaries.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in

  video production, storytelling, and visual communication

  .
• Solid knowledge of

  editing tools

  (Premiere Pro/Final Cut, After Effects is a plus).
• Familiarity with

  design tools

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, preferred).
• Understanding of

  social-first content

  and what makes reels/shorts go viral.
• Experience in

  scriptwriting/screenplay

  and content ideation.
• A portfolio of past work (student films, campaigns, reels, ads, etc.) is a must.

Education & Additional Plus Points

• Degree/Diploma

  in

  Film, Media, Communication, or relevant field

  is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of

  AI filmmaking tools

  (MidJourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, Google Flow, etc.) or experience in

  AI-integrated creative workspaces

  is a

  big advantage

  .
