Associate Creative Director (Content) Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid Role) Are you a visionary creative thinker with a passion for shaping digital brand experiences? We're seeking an exceptional Associate Creative Director to join our innovative team. As an integral part of our creative leadership, you'll be responsible for driving creative excellence across a spectrum of digital platforms, ensuring that every campaign resonates with our clients' audiences and delivers impactful results. On Any Given Day You Might Review and provide constructive feedback to agencies on copies, creatives, and creative concepts while ensuring they meet quality standards, adhere to brand guidelines, and effectively communicate the desired message. Carefully review all content for grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and inconsistencies, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Ensure consistency of messaging, voice, visual design and tone across all brand communications. Should be familiar with the legal and compliance guidelines, ensuring that all copy and visuals adhere to industry-specific regulations and requirements. Consolidate copy and design feedback to ensure that written content and visual elements are harmoniously integrated and effectively convey the brand's message. Explore unique brand partnerships, visual references, formats, and innovations the brand can tap Provide suggestions on how to extend the campaign narrative through innovations and partnerships, ideating ways to be more engaging and have a stronger brand recall Scouting new format innovations, relevant references, art styles and copy references along with ensuring the resulting creative outcome is in line with the brief/expectation Oversee the development of creative assets across social media, content platforms (for example YouTube), e-commerce, q-commerce, website, GDN, SEO, Display Ads, Native and mobile (messaging platforms like WhatsApp, mobile-apps and mobile ads). Uphold the craft, creativity and brand identity for the one-off projects and on-boarded/always-on brands. Explore emerging trends, technologies, and creative techniques, and integrate them into our campaigns to deliver cutting-edge experiences. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand teams, agency partners, production houses and tech vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client objectives and timelines. The Ideal Person Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Strong and innovative creative vision that sets the tone for campaigns They should be able to conceptualize and articulate ideas that resonate with the target audience Understand market trends, consumer behavior, and business objectives. Must be well-versed in creating content for various channels, including digital, print, social media, video, and understand the nuances of each platform and how to adapt creative ideas to fit different mediums. Adaptable and open to new technologies, trends, and creative approaches. Being able to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table is essential Should be proficient in reviewing designs for various platforms such as websites, mobile apps, social media, print materials, and more.
