Roles & Responsibilities

Creative & Ideation Leadership

• Leads

  concept ideation

  across reels, campaigns, brand films, and always-on content.
• Partners closely with Creative Director, Copy Leads, and Strategy to co-create powerful ideas rooted in cultural insight + platform behaviour.
• Translates abstract ideas into strong

  visual directions

  , mood boards, treatments, and content styles.
• Ensures all ideas are

  Instagram-first, YouTube-smart, and culturally relevant

Art Direction & Craft

• Owns the

  visual vision

  for brands- from layout to frame composition to colour language.
• Guides teams across design, motion, and production to maintain consistent craft and finesse.
• Reviews all visual output, ensuring it meets high creative and brand standards.
• Works seamlessly with editors, cinematographers, illustrators, and VFX to build premium, thumb-stopping visuals.

Content & Execution

• Oversees the development of daily content as well as larger campaigns end-to-end.
• Works closely with the production team to translate creative ideas into executable treatments.
• Capable of independently executing key pieces of work when required.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Mentors junior designers- giving clear, actionable feedback.
• Partners with cross-functional teams (AM, Copy, Production) to create seamless workflows.

Client Interaction

• Joins key discussions with clients to present creative ideas, explain visual logic, and guide decisions.
• Builds trust through clarity, craft, and strong creative judgment.

Innovation & Platform Fluency

• Constantly explores new visual styles, creator formats, content patterns, and digital aesthetics.
• Brings fresh references, trends, and ideas to the table to keep the team creatively charged.

Your Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in digital-first agencies, content studios, or production-led creative teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating:
• Social-first content
• Reel formats
• Campaign art direction
• Motion-heavy visuals
• Brand films/visual treatments
• Strong proficiency across design tools (Adobe Suite/Figma/motion basics preferred).
• Deep understanding of cultural and digital trends.
• Experience collaborating closely with copywriters and creators.
• Strong presentation ability and clarity of design thinking.
