Associate Creative Director (Art)

As a Creative Director reporting to you, your role will involve supervising and guiding the total creative effort of a team of copy and/or art supervisors or creative groups. Your responsibilities will include integrating art, copy, and production functions, presenting to clients at the brand level and above, and devising ideas with a strategic focus to fulfill brand objectives and meet challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Devise innovative ideas with a strategic focus that align with brand objectives and address challenges effectively. - Supervise the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their professional development. - Actively present work to clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Conduct brand research and maintain a consistent style and tone across all brand communication materials. - Ensure smooth internal workflow by effectively delegating tasks, assigning/reassigning resources as needed, and motivating team members to deliver their best work.
