Associate Creative Director (Art)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Associate Creative Director – Art to lead and inspire our design team at Schbang. This role calls for someone with a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of brand storytelling, and the ability to translate business objectives into striking visual communication across digital and mainline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision across a wide range of design deliverables, including Key Visuals, brand identities, motion graphics, social media creatives, and integrated campaign assets.
• Develop strategically rooted and conceptually strong ideas that align with brand goals, and guide the team to bring these ideas to life through impactful execution.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all visual outputs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, while pushing the boundaries of design excellence and efficiency.
• Stay ahead of evolving design and advertising trends, tools, and innovations—encouraging the team to do the same through knowledge sharing and experimentation.
• Provide hands-on creative direction and feedback, ensuring smooth collaboration within the design team as well as with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions, concept presentations, and client meetings to effectively communicate and defend creative ideas.
• Deliver original and innovative design solutions tailored to client needs while elevating the overall brand narrative.
• Mentor and guide junior designers through structured training, feedback, and the introduction of upskilling initiatives and processes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality benchmarks, and creative expectations are consistently met.
