Associate Creative Director (Art)

The position involves reporting to the Creative Director and overseeing the overall creative process of a team of copy and/or art supervisors or creative groups. This includes integrating art, copy, and production functions, as well as presenting work to clients at the brand level and above. Your role will require devising strategic ideas that align with brand objectives, demonstrating creativity with high implementation potential. Additionally, you will be responsible for supervising junior team members, providing feedback, guidance, and facilitating their professional development. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain a consistent style and tone across brand communication by conducting brand research and ensuring effective delegation of tasks to optimize workflow and maximize team performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is also a key aspect of this role.
