Job Title:

Associate Content Coordinator (Homepage)

We are seeking a motivated & detailed Associate Digital Content Coordinator to join our Digital Merchandising Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the intake, execution and display for content on the 12 homepages (web and app), including but not limited to, executing comprehensive and clear production briefs for various digital elements as well as executing rigorous UAT processes to ensure all digital merchandising content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly homepage intake process for homepage priorities across various cross-functional teams. Manage workflows in Monday.com, proactively resolve conflicts or gaps, and provide strategic recommendations for homepage placements that align with business objectives.
  • Plan and monitor daily site content updates, implementing rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Figma briefs & content calendar; verify published content for optimal end-to-end user experience. Quickly identify and respond to issues, escalating to the GCC Digital Merchandising Manager and onshore Digital Merchandising teams as needed to ensure timely resolution and maintain content integrity.
  • Conduct thorough UAT in preview environments across app and web platforms to validate homepage updates prior to launch, ensuring seamless go-live execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm functionality, visual accuracy, and alignment with campaign objectives before content is published.
  • Partner with the Digital Production team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth content display across campaigns, curated merchandising pages, homepage, and promotional events.
  • Manage and maintain content within Monday.com to track progress, deadlines, and production briefs for business-as-usual experiences (e.g., 12 banners).
  • Pull weekly, monthly, and period homepage performance reports via Adobe and compile them into Excel tables.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
  • 1-3 years' experience in digital/eCommerce or marketing
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Oracle, Bloomreach, Google Retail Search, etc)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, content management systems and SEO best practices a plus
  • Experience working in Figma, Photoshop, project management systems (e.g. Monday.com) and targeting platforms (e.g. Xer = ACI content targeting system, AEM) preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office application skills
