Associate Consultant/Consultant Advanced Analytics

Role Overview: PharmaACE is a growing Global Healthcare Consulting Firm, headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, with expert teams of Business Analysts across various locations. The firm provides Analytics and Business Solutions to a diverse clientele in the BioPharma sector, with expertise in Forecasting, Business Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, and more. They cater to clients in different therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immuno-science, CNS, CV-Met, and Rare Diseases, across Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze different pharmaceutical/life sciences data sets including claims data, electronic medical records, patient level data, prescription data, and sales data - Develop client relationships, serve as a key offshore point of contact, and communicate results to clients and team members - Understand business objectives, develop models to achieve them, and track progress metrics - Analyze AI/ML algorithms, rank them by success probability, and explore data to identify distribution differences - Ensure data quality through cleaning, supervise data acquisition, and define validation strategies and pre-processing techniques - Train models, tune hyperparameters, analyze errors, and deploy models to production - Interpret qualitative and quantitative data, build hypotheses, and automate processes using SQL/Python/ETL Tools - Knowledge of Deep learning techniques is an added advantage Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters in Engineering - 2-5 years of pharma/life science consulting experience - High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative - Strong oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Adherence to client-specific data privacy and compliance policies - Knowledge of various transactional data assets including Volumes/Value, Rx, Specialty level, and Longitudinal Patient level data assets,
