Responsibilities: - Analyze different pharmaceutical / life sciences data sets like claims data, electronic medical records, anonymous patient level data, prescription data & sales data, promotional data - Communicate results to clients and onshore team members - Develop client relationships and serve as an offshore key point of contact for the project - Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress - Analyzing the AI/ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability - Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world - Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning - Supervising the data acquisition process if more data is needed - Defining validation strategies - Defining the preprocessing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset - Defining data augmentation pipelines - Training models and tuning their hyperparameters - Analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them - Knowledge on Deep learning techniques is an added advantage - Deploying models to production - Interpreting and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data points; hypothesis building with Strong excel and PPT skills - Process automation using SQL/Python/Other available technologies/ETL Tools etc Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters in Engineering - 1-8 years of pharma / life science consulting job experience - High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong excel and PowerPoint skills - Adherence to client specific data privacy and compliance policies - Knowledge on various commonly used transactional data assets and others including Volumes/ Value, Rx, Specialty level, Longitudinal Patient level data assets.,

As a Global HR Lead at PharmaACE, based in our Pune office, you will be responsible for spearheading the HR department. Your role involves developing and executing the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, providing HR guidance to the executive leadership, analyzing HR metrics, and fostering a positive work environment. You will collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to drive HR functions both in India and our global locations. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for a Global HR Lead include: - Developing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that support PharmaACE's global business goals. - Offering strategic HR counsel to senior management on areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, management, learning and development, and employee engagement. - Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, encompassing employee rights and workplace policies. - Managing employee compensation structures, including salary reviews, performance bonus programs, and incentive plans. - Supervising employee benefits administration to ensure compliance and enhance employee satisfaction. - Handling the HR department budget and resource allocation effectively. - Overseeing HR systems and technology for accurate data management and efficient processes. - Leading and nurturing the HR team through coaching and mentoring initiatives. Qualification Required: - MBA with HR specialization or equivalent experience. - 12+ years of extensive experience in various HR functions like talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. - Demonstrated track record of leading and managing HR teams. You will be expected to have prior experience in evaluating companies and their assets (pipeline or marketed), along with experience in company/product/disease profiling. Additionally, you should be experienced in conducting pipeline and competitive landscape analysis, market assessment, and threat evaluation. Proficiency in utilizing various healthcare databases such as IQVIA, Evaluate, Cortellis, HCUP, etc., is required. Your role will involve predicting the upcoming trends of any therapeutic area, providing insights on upcoming therapies, and how they would affect the current treatment paradigm. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting structured and unstructured data, drawing conclusions, and developing recommendations. Experience in a broad range of therapeutic areas and good knowledge of the US, Europe, and APAC Healthcare is essential. Furthermore, you should possess strong analytical skills with competency and experience in identifying targets that could be potential partnership opportunities (M&A). Building strategic insights for the client based on quantitative and qualitative research is a key aspect of this role. Professional experience in Corporate Strategy teams of healthcare and life sciences companies is preferred, along with knowledge of the current trends in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals market. You will also be involved in researching, documenting, and planning all aspects of international healthcare conferences on behalf of the client. Providing medical advisory to pharmaceutical and medical devices companies pertaining to clinical evaluation reports, safety/efficacy results of clinical trials, and meta-analysis of various journals is part of the job description. Strong written communication skills and excellent organizational abilities are required, as well as mentoring junior resources. To qualify for this position, you must hold an MBA, MS, or PhD from a premier school in India or abroad. Additional qualifications such as MBBS, M Pharma, Bachelor in Biological sciences, or Dentistry are preferred.
