Associate Consulatnt/Consultant - Advanced Analytics

As a Global Healthcare Consulting Firm, PharmaACE is dedicated to providing Analytics and Business Solutions to a diverse range of clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of a Business Analyst. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze various pharmaceutical and life sciences data sets such as claims data, electronic medical records, patient level data, prescription data, and sales data - Communicate findings to clients and collaborate with onshore team members - Develop and nurture client relationships while acting as a key offshore contact for projects - Understand business objectives and create models to support them, including tracking metrics for progress - Evaluate AI/ML algorithms for problem-solving and rank them based on success probability - Explore and visualize data to identify potential performance impacts in real-world deployment - Ensure data quality through verification and cleaning processes - Supervise data acquisition and define validation strategies - Conduct pre-processing and feature engineering on datasets - Train models, tune hyperparameters, and analyze errors to devise overcoming strategies - Knowledge of Deep learning techniques is a plus - Deploy models to production and automate processes using SQL/Python/ETL Tools - Interpret qualitative and quantitative data, build hypotheses, and demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering - 1-5 years of experience in pharma or life science consulting - Strong motivation, work ethic, maturity, and initiative - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Adherence to client-specific data privacy and compliance policies - Familiarity with commonly used transactional data assets such as Volumes/Value, Rx, Specialty level data, and Longitudinal Patient level data Join PharmaACE and be part of a dynamic team that is at the forefront of providing innovative solutions to the healthcare industry.,
