Role & responsibilities Directly responsible for 2 to 3 Team Leads who will internal see 25 to 30 editors Ensure implementation of quality producers. This includes roll out of new procedures, keeping the team updated on client specifications Collaborate with other departments regarding policies and procedures Involvement in QA research and feedback. Channeling internally and externally through: timely follow-up with individuals or/ and the team to ensure the issue at hand is fully addressed and understood Suggest corrective and preventive actions Analyzing error trends and using the data to ensure the targeted group has received the required refresher/training o To improve the overall quality of deliverables by the team and come up with initiatives that increase overall quality and productivity • Identify areas of improvement in team by: o Regularly review and analyze error trends and other quality issues and implement corrective and preventive solutions o Regularly review the QC procedures they are up to date o Improve efficiency o Encourage and implement automation • Ensure the team is updated on the latest software updates and collaborate with the Process Lead/SME to suggest improvements • Represent the QC team in relevant meetings and calls • Team metrics and data organization: o To maintain the teams metrics and present them at monthly performance reviews o Ensure this data is used to display current performance and to ensure adequate capacity for projected volumes o To share this data with team management and the team to improve overall performance • Training and Documentation: Work with trainers and documentation representatives and management: o Organize the training plan for new recruits o Schedule refresher training for the team o Ensure all QC documentations are up to date o Assess documents on a quarterly basis to ensure they are in accordance with Deluxe, client and department expectation • Enforcement: o Ensure all relevant trackers are accurately updated by the team o Ensure that Team Leads are accurate and prompt with their task o To also ensure that established procedures are followed by the team and enforced regularly by the Team Leads • Be involved in business continuity and succession planning, ensuring the next generation of leaders are well groomed, think and act in the desire fashion: o To chart out team members growth in the company, along with Team Leads and managers, and plan for future growth and numbers, promotions, etc, and groom them in accordance with this plan o Work with senior employees individually, if possible, on projects that can bring out their strengths and allow them to develop o Monitor how Team Leads plan their tasks and provide guidance on delegation of tasks and grooming, when required • To ensure smooth and effective communication within the team • Maintain discipline within the team with respect to schedule adherence • To motivate the team and ensure high morale. Work with Leads, managers, and HR, to assure employee engagement are heard and addressed • Conduct annual appraisals of the three Team Leads and participate in the appraisals of team members by the leads • Recognize and reward team members’ accomplishments, through various award nominations • To groom backups to take for all tasks Preferred candidate profile Preferably from BPO/KPO or media industry with minimum of 6 plus years of relevant qc management experience with team management role, should have been part of stakeholder management, involved in corrective and preventive qc measures , mentoring, performance evaluation of teams of qc edits. must be willing to work in all shifts and open to work in bangalore , all days work from home.

This function is responsible for Managing billing and/or collection team(s) for optimum reduction AR Days and/or FBNS and working with payers to improve or maintain cash goals set. Position in this function manages staff performance and ensures that the business meets the KPI expectations. The position carries out his/her duties by adhering to the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct, acts in the best interest of organization and carries out the Vision and Mission of the organization. Primary Responsibilities The primary responsibility of the supervisor is to ensure that his/her subordinates are developed to become successful in their given or potential role, thus coaching and mentoring is very important. Minimum requirement is to coach your staff at least twice a month for mid and top performer. Bottom performer or your focus people should have minimum of one a week coaching session Conduct daily and weekly huddle to discuss strategy to address performance or challenges, provide update and to drive performance. Agenda should be prepared prior to the meeting and meeting should always be documented Attendance and Schedule Adherence - Ensure that subordinates are reporting on time and on the days that they have shift. The supervisor should be able to drive attendance always including punctuality and break schedule compliance Update all required data as needed based on company requirement (MyGPS, EWS, LH, Allsec, CLL, Peoplesoft, etc) Inventory management including allocation. Ensuring inflow and outflow are properly managed and monitored based on capacity. Provide trends and action plan including burn down plan if sudden surge in volume or decreased capacity due to shrinkage Respond to query and escalations then provide feedback to business partners. Deep dive should be conducted and shared with leaders, TAT 24 hrs. This should include action plan for the specific person/issue and how this will be prevented in the future Ensures that the agents are aware of their performance (daily, weekly and monthly progress). Performance scorecard should be reviewed at least twice a month. So agents are aware of where they stand Review audit markdown and conduct error analysis and process related coaching including root cause analysis Ensure rebuttals are done when necessary and submitted in a timely manner Complete internal audits on a timely manner as deemed required Review adjustment requests and approve those which are valid for write-off Complete your own production required by your processes. Minimum of 40 accounts per month Ensure accurate documentation of coaching sessions provided and attended. This should be uploaded in ORBIT. This includes but not limited to performance, behavior coaching and retention conversations Ensure accuracy of all data and report submitted including End of Day report Update dashboards, trackers, business review files, scorecard in a timely manner, when needed Ensure performance boards are updated daily and agents has visibility on it Attend scheduled meeting, training and calibration sessions Provides purposeful and actionable development feedback to direct reports and monitors to support their performance improvement. If, after the action items of the development plan do not yield the desired positive results in the agreed upon timeframe, a CAP is initiated in accordance to Optum policies and practices Study trends and analysis on team performance and be able to device SMART action plan to address team/ individual challenges Ensure own and subordinate adherence to company policies and procedures. Strict implementation should be reinforced.
