Job Description

As an Associate Consultant based in Delhi, India, you will be responsible for tasks including analyzing real estate data, developing reports, providing strategic advice to clients, managing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders. Your role will also involve client interaction, preparing presentations, and utilizing proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision-making support. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualizing and writing Research & Consultancy proposals and presentations for clients - Undertaking custom projects and servicing clients on a day-to-day basis - Managing and mobilizing field teams - Analyzing data and generating insights - Conducting content analysis and report writing - Monitoring timely completion and quality check of projects - Briefing and training field staff Qualifications: - Experience in creating reports and presentations - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel - 1-3 years of research-based consulting experience - Analytical skills with experience in real estate data analysis and data processing techniques - Strong project management, client interaction, and collaboration skills - Ability to use proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision support - Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with various functions - Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and multitask effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
