Monthly Project Metrics Review, Client Status Report Review, Track & Monitor Project SLAs & KPIs

Defect Analysis & RCA of Projects

Support in resolving Open NCs

Identify & Address Potential Issues, weak areas in Project and work on improvement initiatives

Conduct Process Trainings for Project Team Members

As Auditor

Create Annual Audit Plan for Delivery and Support Functions

End-to-end Audit Process for Delivery and Support Functions which includes Audit planning, Audit Opening Meet, Performing Audits, Publishing Audit Reports, Audit Closure Meet on defined frequency

Organization level NC analysis along with RCA, SWOT

As QMS & SEPG SPOC

Creation, Enhancement and Maintenance of Quality Management System of Organization

End to end cycle of Process Change Management, Review and Release Management

Process/Guidelines/Templates Definition, Improvement Initiatives for QMS

Responsible for configuration Management of QMS and management of Org PAL

Definition of SEPG charter, manage SEPG discussions and work on improvement suggestions
