For Maharashtra-based candidates, a minimum of 55% is needed. You should not have more than a 2-year gap in education and no standing arrears or active backlogs at the time of joining. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or Access is advantageous. An understanding of ERP systems, financial processes, or business operations will be beneficial.
