Office 365 Support Engineer

Summary

As an office 365 support engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients who use Microsoft Office 365 products and services. You will work with a team of experts to resolve complex issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality standards. You will also have the opportunity to learn new skills, grow your career, and enjoy a flexible and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and onsite support for Office 365 users, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other applications.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Office 365, using various tools and methods.
  • Escalate and collaborate with other teams and vendors as needed to resolve complex problems.
  • Document and update case records, knowledge base articles, and best practices.
  • Follow up with customers and ensure their satisfaction and feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest Office 365 features, updates, and trends.
  • Participate in training, certification, and professional development programs.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in providing technical support for Office 365 (MS Teams Must).
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 products and services, like Microsoft Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, One Drive including administration and configuration..
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in Microsoft 365 or related technologies is a plus.
