Associate - Client Retention

We re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Associate to join our

Client Retention

team. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You ll play a key role in building long-lasting client relationships and supporting senior team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates. Support senior team members in managing key accounts and ongoing projects. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain updated client records, trackers, and reports. Assist in identifying areas to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities. Understanding of standard client service practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
