Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Participate in the annual marketing planning process to align with the brand objectives and deliver as per these objectives
Identify industry trends and business opportunities for our key categories and develop campaigns and programs to capitalize on those opportunities
Establish and own the customer journey map and determine multi-touch programs that deepens engagement and loyalty of customers for Own Brand
Work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to determine appropriate integrated marketing campaign & ensure campaign delivery while aligning with our business objectives & budgets
Liaise with category team & content team to ensure timely development of product assets that would be required during launch of new products
Build & manage repository of all product assets like photo, enhanced images, A+ content visuals, videos etc. that are used on marketplaces and croma.com
Proactively work with key stakeholders to fully leverage new launches, engagement content & important events across marketing assets
Ensure correct execution & representation of all communication related to own brand across platforms & highlight to respective team in case of issues
Conduct regular analysis, reviews & discussions, to identify means to enhance brands equity and performance

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal candidates will have experience working with multiple clients or partners, strategizing, curating, and negotiating marketing plans.

Basic knowledge of the current marketing landscape
