Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Campaign Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of various digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email campaigns. You will play a crucial role in turning campaign data into actionable insights to improve performance and ROI.This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a keen eye for interpreting digital marketing metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Performance Monitoring:

Track, monitor, and analyze digital marketing campaign performance across all active channels including SEM, Display, Social, and Email campaigns.

Conversion Analysis:

Analyze conversion metrics (click-through rate, conversion rate, cost per lead/order, etc.) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.

Reporting & Dashboards:

Generate periodic reports using MS Excel to communicate key metrics and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.

Cross-Platform Analysis:

Evaluate performance of campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email platforms to determine ROI and cost-effectiveness.

Performance Recommendations:

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the campaign execution team to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion outcomes.

Lead Quality Analysis:

Assess the quality of leads generated from different channels and campaigns by analyzing funnel data (lead-to-SQL, SQL-to-Sale ratios, etc.).

A/B Test Monitoring:

Support the team in tracking and analyzing A/B test results across ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and email content.

Budget Efficiency:

Evaluate campaign spending efficiency, and work with stakeholders to reallocate budgets where necessary to maximize results.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and clarity in performance tracking.

Data Hygiene & Accuracy:

Ensure that data collected from different platforms is accurate, consistent, and usable for decision-making.
