Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Business Partner based in Chandigarh. The Associate Business Partner will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing a network of advisors. Primary responsibilities include recruiting potential advisors, providing ongoing training and support to maximize their performance, monitoring progress, and ensuring achievement of sales and business targets. The role also requires collaboration with corporate teams and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

Sales and Communication skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills to build and nurture relationships.
Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support a team of advisors for achieving business goals.
Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and implement plans for recruiting, training, and achieving targets.
Analytical and Organizational skills: Adept at tracking performance metrics and coordinating multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with life insurance distribution models are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Professional experience in life insurance or the financial services industry is preferred.
