Role:Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist JD :Must Skills :expert in software license compliance, procurement processes, and managing software lifecycle activities.
Minimum of 8 10 years of experience in Software Asset Management . In depth knowledge of software licensing models, procurement processes, and SAM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). Experience in managing audits and dealing with software vendors and licensing agreements. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross functional collaboration. Familiarity with software asset management processes, best practices, and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, software asset management platforms, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM), ITIL Foundation, or other relevant certifications are desirable.
