Job Description

Overall 8-10 years experience, including 2+ years in vlocity OM, EPC/CPQ and 4+ years in role of BA

Experience in Telco CRM

Should be able to discuss requirements with Client related to SFDC and Vlocity

Should be able to analyse client requirements and propose OOTB Standard functionality to business

Experience with Vlocity Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) and Experience with Vlocity Order Management (OM) modules

Document User Stories, discuss requirement with Designer & Development team

Give Demo to business

Knowledge of Sales, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Mulesoft will be added advantage

Experience in JIRA, Confluence

Well versed with Agile

Salesforce Certified
