Associate Business Analyst

Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, QA, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Pre-Sales Analysis:** - Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives. - Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate web and mobile-based IT solutions. - Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor. - **Post-Sales Analysis:** - Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze project requirements. - Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement. - Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams. - Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the implementation phase. - Prepare essential documentation, including BRD, FRD, and wireframes. - Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a web and mobile-based IT services company. - Understanding of eCommerce, web, and mobile technologies and trends. - Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - comfortable in understanding and breaking client requirements into structured requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. **Nice-to-have Skills:** - Hands-on experience with prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Whimsical). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Ability to prepare and deliver client presentations.
