Associate Business Analyst

As a Data & Reporting Business Analyst I, you will drive automation, reporting, and data solutions for the Rewards Product Delivery team.

Job responsibilities

• Automate data workflows and reporting processesusing Alteryx and SQL to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelinesfor data integration and migration across multiple platforms.
• Model and structure databasesto support analytics, reporting, and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and technology teamsto gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports(primarily in Tableau and Excel) to support business stakeholders.
• Analyze business datato identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Implement and monitor data quality controlsto ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Support key business decisionswith timely, accurate, and relevant data insights.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Hands-on experience with Alteryx and SQL(must have).
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes(must have).
• Proficiency in relational databases(Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Jira for project management and agile workflows.
• Experience using LLMs (Large Language Models) or AI tools in data analysis or reporting

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with Tableau and Excel for reporting.
• Experience with Python for ETL and automation.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with RPA, AI/ML, NoSQL (MongoDB), and advanced scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Java).
• Experience with cloud-native reporting tools.
