Associate Business Analyst

As an Associate Business Analyst at Orange Mantras, you will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the company's services and solutions, as well as the technical architecture of the technology and services provided by Athe. Your responsibilities will include: - Document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. - Critically evaluating information gathered from various sources, resolving conflicts, breaking down high-level information into details, abstracting from low-level information to gain a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from underlying true needs. - Pro-actively communicating and collaborating with clients/users to analyze information needs and functional requirements. - Serving as the intermediary between users, software development, and the QA team to ensure smooth flow of requirements. - Developing requirement specifications such as Business Requirements Document, use cases, wireframes UI side, process flows using standard templates and natural language. - Excelling in organizing information and being able to develop and prioritize user priorities and values on new feature requests while considering development resource velocity. - Actively managing and prioritizing multiple activities simultaneously, while maintaining excellent communication and relationship skills. - Interacting with business users and managers at all levels to ensure business knowledge of content management systems. - Comfortable working in a multi-domain environment.
