Job Description

The candidate will be an integral part of the AskHR team, a high-touch and customer-focused function within BMC HR. The candidate is expected to deliver an exemplary employee experience with every interaction. Candidates needs to be approachable, customer focused, flexible, action-oriented, and innovative along with great verbal and written communication skills. They should have great attention to detail while supporting a broad range of HR activities including data management, benefits administration, offboarding and others. Should be high on integrity while maintaining a high level of confidentiality

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

Benefits Administration including but not limited to Insurances, Leave Management, Provident Fund/ Retirement Benefit, Maternity etc.
Employee Data Management - Activations, data changes - Job related and Personal data, terminations, data audit etc.
Complete Ex-employee Employment Verifications
Issuing Employment & Travel related letters
HR Helpdesk Answering employee & ex-employee queries on various HR policies and procedures
Offboarding administration
Updating HR Policies on Intranet
HR System administration
Collaborate with other HR support groups to ensure all the assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed within the stipulated deadlines
Will be working in EMEA shifts

To ensure youre set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

Graduates and Above
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in HR Backend Operations, HR Shared Services OR HR Helpdesk
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
Should be fluent in English
Requires Problem-solving skills.
Technically sound. Should have hands-on experience in using MS Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. for day-to-day work
Strong Customer Service skills. Should be customer focused.
