Looking for a lawyer with a minimum 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle arbitration matters independently or as part of a team, including case preparation, pleadings, and hearings.
• Draft and review arbitration petitions, statements of claim/defense, rejoinders, and written submissions.
• Appear before arbitral tribunals, courts, and other dispute resolution forums.
• Assist in the enforcement and challenge of arbitral awards under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and experts for case management and evidence coordination.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare briefs, notes, and opinions on complex arbitration and commercial disputes.
• Support senior lawyers/partners in strategy development and client advisory

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of arbitration laws, procedural rules, and case law.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Exposure to both ad hoc and institutional arbitration preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills

Qualifications

• LL.B. from a reputed law school.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
