Looking for a lawyer with a minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in arbitration and dispute resolution practice, preferably with a leading law firm or chambers. Job Responsibilities: Handle arbitration matters independently or as part of a team, including case preparation, pleadings, and hearings. Draft and review arbitration petitions, statements of claim/defense, rejoinders, and written submissions. Appear before arbitral tribunals, courts, and other dispute resolution forums. Assist in the enforcement and challenge of arbitral awards under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Liaise with clients, counsel, and experts for case management and evidence coordination. Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare briefs, notes, and opinions on complex arbitration and commercial disputes. Support senior lawyers/partners in strategy development and client advisory Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of arbitration laws, procedural rules, and case law. Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Exposure to both ad hoc and institutional arbitration preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills Qualifications LL.B. from a reputed law school. Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
