Title: Associate Analyst - Total Rewards

Experience : 6 Months - 1+ Years

Minimum Requirement needed:

  • Available to overlap with US EST time hours in the evening.

3 Months on the job training will be provided for the candidates who would be interested to learn and pursue career into US Benefits and compensation, Benefits and workday reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Function as tier 1 ticket support for the US Benefits and Compensation Teams including responding to and resolving tickets from internal employees and HR, reassigning or escalating tickets based on content and team availability/bandwidth, documenting ticket themes/relevant details, and providing weekly summaries of open/pending tickets.
  • Assist US Benefits Team with the life insurance claim process, 401(k) file review, HSA file review, SCA reports, PTO calculations, and more.
  • Assist the US Compensation Team by performing tasks in Workday including reviewing job descriptions according to the Maximus Job Architecture and Leveling Guideline, communicating with US HR partners on job description feedback, submitting new job profiles for approvals, creating job profiles in Workday, updating compensation data in Workday, assisting with Workday compensation related testing, etc.
  • Generate Workday reports to complete basic analysis on compensation data and summarize compensation findings as needed.
  • Assist US Benefits and Compensation Teams with pulling weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Process US Benefits and Wellbeing billing on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 0.6 Months - 2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Must be able to use MS Excel at an intermediate level which includes being able to use formulas, conduct lookups, create pivot tables, charts, and visualizations.
  • Proficiency in English required for effective client interaction.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Workday highly preferred.
  • Hybrid work with 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
  • When working from home, must work in the evening hours for 1 -2 hours in the EST time zone US.
