Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Analyst in the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of management reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and customer planning. Your responsibilities will include supporting the financial close process, developing annual plans and budgets, managing financial reporting packages, and driving financial process improvements. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist other finance business partners and support special projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze variances against budget, forecasts, and prior year actuals, providing insightful commentary to senior management - Assist in developing the annual plan/budget and forecast - Manage and update standardized financial reporting packages to drive business decisions, including business metrics/KPIs - Support consolidation of revenue and expense risks and opportunities, and respond to ad-hoc requests for information and analysis - Drive financial process improvements through analysis, modeling, and suggesting enhancements to financial systems - Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in financial processes - Assist other finance business partners and support special projects Qualifications Required: - Educational qualification: Chartered Accountant/CPA/CFA/ACCA or MBA Finance - Good knowledge of financial planning and management phases - Experience with Business Intelligence tools and financial systems/applications such as Hyperion and Oracle - Understanding of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting techniques - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated with a track record of success in a team environment - Ability to deliver results accurately in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strategic thinking and business understanding - Relationship management and networking skills - Ambitious, highly driven, and motivated *Note: The job description did not include any additional details about the company.,
