📢 Position: Valuation Associate

🕒 Experience: 1–2 Years | 🎓 Qualification: CA, CFA (L1+), MBA (Finance), or equivalent

🔧 What You’ll Do:

🔹 Build and review valuation models (DCF, CCM, CTM, NAV) and perform cross-validation using multiple methods

🔹 Conduct industry benchmarking, peer analysis

🔹 Prepare valuation reports for various strategic and regulatory purposes

🔹 Assist in financial due diligence (FDD) – analyzing financial statements, validating EBITDA, net debt, working capital, and other key metrics

🔹 Support report drafting, transaction notes, client presentations, and audit support

🧠 What We Expect:

✅ Sound knowledge of valuation standards and financial modelling techniques

✅ Prior exposure or interest in financial due diligence and transactional analysis

✅ Strong understanding of financial statements, audit reports, and management discussion & analysis (MD&A)

✅ Attention to detail and ability to identify red flags in financial data

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of tools like Capitaline is a plus

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills
