🚀 We’re Hiring: Associate Account Executives – Sales & Business Development

We’re looking for ambitious Account Executives to join our growing team in Kolkata and Mumbai. This role goes beyond lead generation – you will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities

Conduct client meetings, demos, and solution presentations

Manage the end-to-end sales process – prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing

Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery and client success

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 0–3 years in sales, business development, or account management (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated

Prior experience in closing deals (not just lead generation) will be an advantage

🔹 Engagement: Full-time, Immediate Joining Preferred
