Job Description

As an Associate Account Executive at our organization, you will play a crucial role in acquiring and managing Small and Medium Business (SMB) accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying sales opportunities, documenting client interactions, and supporting senior executives. It is essential that you have experience working with Mid Market and Cyber Security, as these are mandatory requirements for this position. In this role, you will focus on developing your skills in sales forecasting, partnership strategies, and a consultative approach. You will be responsible for managing sales of SMB accounts in a specific sales territory, such as the West Market in Mumbai. Additionally, you will work on building account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the target accounts. Your day-to-day activities will involve documenting all client interactions, shadowing senior executives during client consultations, and facilitating communication on tactical issues facing customers. You will also be required to resolve customer issues, meet sales objectives, and assist in the development of Go-to-Market Strategy for partnerships. To excel in this role, you must maintain accounts and transaction records, build reports based on requirements, and utilize a consultative selling approach to educate channel partners and end-users. You will also need to learn and apply sales concepts, principles, and practices in your assigned activities, gaining a foundational understanding of inside and outside sales concepts and practices. Key qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent, along with 0-1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, Sales Operations, or equivalent. You should have strong technical skills in sales forecasting, sales processes, sales operations, business acumen, account management, customer need analysis, field sales, and prioritization. In addition to technical skills, you should possess behavioral skills such as cross-functional collaboration, effective communication, empathy, customer focus, adaptability, and critical thinking. Your ability to collaborate with various teams, communicate effectively, and prioritize customer needs will be critical to your success in this role.,
