About the Role:

Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inside sales & in-field sales teams
  • Drive revenue targets & growth for the whole-house filtration product line
  • Conduct in-person consultations, demos, and site evaluations at customer homes
  • Generate leads through apartment activations, builders, architects, etc.
  • Ensure high NPS & referrals

Ideal Profile:

  • 6-10 years of experience

    in direct B2C sales of premium or high-value purchases, including:
  • Water purification/softener products, modular kitchens, solar, home automation, etc.
  • Real estate, Interior design, or architecture firm experience (sales or client consultation), and sales.
  • HNI financial products/insurance sales
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts and build trust
  • Comfortable conducting site visits and in-home consultations
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.

Good to Have:

  • Local market experience in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Kerala
  • Fluency in regional language(s)
  • Network in apartment communities, architects, or interior designer circles
