Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales located in Kochi. The Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The role involves regular analysis of market trends and competitor strategies to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
  • Ability to develop and maintain robust client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficient in market analysis and competitor strategy assessment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
