Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for an Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales at Kotak Securities. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing relationships with key clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Analytical skills and Market Research abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
