Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant/Deputy Manager, Sales at Kotak Securities, located in Kochi. The Assistant/Deputy Manager will be responsible for selling financial products and services, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes daily tasks such as contacting potential clients, assessing their needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The individual will also oversee transaction processing, use digital tools for service delivery, and participate in training and development programs to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
