Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale operations supporting multiple lines of business within the Insurance domain (Life, Health, Group Insurance, Retail Insurance or P&C).
• Oversee a team of

  500+ professionals

  , including

  Senior Managers and functional leaders

  .
• Drive performance metrics, process improvement, and operational transformation aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategic initiatives focused on productivity enhancement, digital adoption, and talent development.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and capacity planning for large delivery portfolios.

Required Qualifications:

• Total Experience:

  18 - 30 years in the Insurance BPO / Operations industry, preferrably in Insurance

• Leadership Experience:

  Minimum

  5 years at AVP or equivalent level

  , leading large-scale operations.
• Proven experience managing

  high-performing teams (500+ FTEs)

  with multiple management layers.
• Strong exposure to US insurance processes, regulations, and client management.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in transformation, automation, or digital initiatives within the insurance operations space.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and people leadership capabilities.
