Role Overview:

Assistant Vice President

(AVP) Land Acquisition

ideal candidate should have a proven track record of independently handling residential land

acquisitions in Bengaluru and be well-versed in the city's real estate landscape and revenue

processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable residential land parcels in Bengaluru to support the companys growth and expansion plans.
• Lead end-to-end land acquisition processes, including initial scouting, due diligence, negotiation, and finalization of transactions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify strategic land opportunities in line with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and revenue-related procedures for smooth acquisition.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, and finance teams for feasibility checks and title clearances.
• Maintain detailed documentation of acquired projects, including deal structures and key contacts.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in real estate, with at least 57 years of direct experience in residential land acquisition.
• Must have successfully closed at least one residential land deal in Bengaluru.
• Strong understanding of Bengalurus real estate market, land valuation trends, and regulatory environment.
• Working knowledge of revenue-related processes including land records, conversion, and approvals.
• Ability to manage acquisitions independently as well as through brokers or vendors.
• Must provide details of projects where land was acquired, with roles and responsibilities highlighted.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
