Reports to Group Vice President - Corporate Centre / HR Head

Education

Masters degree in human resources or related field (Full time)

Experience/ Qualifications

15-20 years of HR experience

Industry

Preferred Experience in the IT services/Software Product Industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and Implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Collaborate with leadership to ensure workforce strategies support enterprise growth and scalability

Drive Culture building and change management

Manage succession planning and career development for critical roles

Implement initiatives to improve Employee satisfaction index and reduce attrition

Create culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability

Act as trusted advisor and escalation point for employee relations issues

Promote culture of high performance through continues feedback and appraisal systems

Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Will be responsible to drive the corporate communications function

What we need

Strong knowledge of IT talent landscape and industry trends

Expertise on HR technology and systems (HRIS)

Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive change initiatives

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data driven decisions

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization is essential.

Certifications

Professional HR certifications eg SHRM-SPHR are a plus

Employment Type

All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent.
